Yoshikawa Kasei began manufacturing washing machine components in year 1962. With our experience and skills cultivated through the years we are able to manufacture a wide range of components for home appliance such as washing machine, dishwasher, digital camera and printer.

02 IN-VEHICLE DEVICES

We are able to manufacture more than half of automotive interior parts.

We manufacture a wide range of automotive products, including airbags, audio panels, and steering switches. We are capable of fabricating more than half of automotive interior products by utilizing advanced coloring and weight reduction technologies.

03 OPTICAL DEVICES

Precision optical products are made in a clean environment.

We manufacture lenses and other optical components, such as projector lenses, headlight lenses, and head-up displays, with advanced vapor deposition and adequate facilities and environments.

We can deliver safe and high-performance products to the medical field by performing various validations and pharmaceutical applications ourselves.

We manufacture all of our processes in-house, from mold design, molding, and evaluation to various secondary processing such as painting, vaper deposition, and assembly. Professionals in each process collaborate seamlessly, not only reducing delivery times but also enhancing speed and quality. We enhance our manufacturing processes by employing over one hundred certified molding technicians, certified industrial robotics personnel, safety and health managers, and numerous other professionals.
