Product Inspection and Overhaul

If a malfunction occurs with any of our products in use, please do not use excessive force or disassembly, and contact our customer service center as soon as possible to report the problem.
If an overhaul is determined to be necessary, please be sure to send a request for overhaul/repair form together with it to the following overhaul department.
Note: If you do not have an overhaul/repair request form, we cannot accept it and will return it to the shipper by freight collect.

About Fees

The cost of an overhaul will be quoted on a case-by-case basis as each condition is different. Please contact our customer service center for more information.

Notes.

-Please note that we may not be able to overhaul some discontinued products for which parts are no longer available.
-When requesting an estimate for overhaul, inspection, or repair, it may not be possible to confirm until we disassemble the unit, depending on the nature of the work.
In this case, please note that we may not be able to completely restore the product.
-The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the product.
-Please remove as many non-product accessories as possible before shipping.
-Unless there are extensive repairs and parts missing, we will ship within one week.
