バーバラ・マクリントック（Barbara McClintock, 1902年6月16日 - 1992年9月2日）は、アメリカ合衆国の細胞遺伝学者。トウモロコシを用いた染色体の研究で知られる。トランスポゾンの発見により1983年にノーベル生理学・医学賞を受賞している。
