Study abroad help desk on information, consultation, and procedures

The Waseda Global Gate (WGG) is a one stop service center where all Waseda University students can receive information on international education such as study abroad. WGG also serves as a help desk for foreign students studying at Waseda University if they need consultation.

  • For study abroad consultations to make it go smoothly, please read the Study Abroad guidebook published by the Center for International Education in advance.
  • It is very crowded before and after the application period for study abroad programs. Please gather information about your study abroad destination university systematically.
  • Advice is offered for Waseda University’s graduate students who wish to study abroad regarding particular specialized subject areas.

The Center for International Education helps international students with visas, resident status-related procedures, financial support for seminar trips and tutoring systems.

Students may use Study Room, B1 Floor, Building #22 for studying language proficiency test and other uses such as preparing for studying abroad.
