In addition to her professional accomplishments, she is a proud mother of three, fluent in English, Romanian and Spanish, University of Michigan graduate in Business Administration and has earned an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management through a highly accelerated program. Daniela is results-driven and passionate about helping others grow. She consistently makes an impact by understanding the business, focusing on key HR initiatives, developing talent and building high impact teams.

Since her career origins at Aptiv (formerly Delphi), Daniela attributes her professional success to the bold mix of hard work, understanding the business, being relentlessly curious about technology, developing a robust network, and having great mentors herself.
