The Telerik UI for ASP.NET MVC Ripple container adds the Material ink ripple effect to any button, check box, list item or radio button interaction. Thanks to this readily available control, you can easily apply the ripple effect to generic HTML elements with zero effort and without the need to create one from scratch. and the Ripple container is designed for and only compatible with the Sass-based Material theme.

Ripple Effect
The ripple animation effect is applied to all components located inside the RippleContainer element. As an alternative, you can apply the ripple effect only to specific items by configuring the elements option. -
