MAPCON 2024 CCM RSVP for MTT-S members

RSVP for the 2024 joint CCM associated with the Microwaves, Antennas, and Propagation Conference

Thank you for responding to the MAPCON CCM invitation! Registering for the chapter chair meeting allows us to reserve your space and guarantee that sufficient refreshments are ordered. The meeting includes an afternoon tea break followed by dinner.

The MTT-S and AP-S joint CCM in conjunction with MAPCON 2024 will be held on Thursday December 12th in the Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC) in Hyderabad India. The meeting duration is 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM, and the room location is Hall MRG-06, Floor level-1, breakout hall 06.

* All AP-S/MTT-S chapter and Jt. chapter officers are invited to attend the meeting.

* Attending officers are required to present their chapter activities. Student branch and professional chapters of a section of India will work together to make a single 5-minute presentation.

* Presentations are due by November 30, 2024 in the prescribed format to Dr. Chinmoy Saha, MTT-S R-10 coordinator, at mttsr10@gmail.com
* One elected officer (Chair/Vice-chair/Secretary/Treasurer) from each MTT-S chapter that has not availed itself of funding for attending any other CCM in 2024, is eligible to apply for an MTT-S travel grant using the SEPARATE and ADDITIONAL form noted below. Prior approval is required from the MTT-S MGA Committee in order to receive travel assistance.
