In order to alleviate long waiting lines, we will introduce "numbered tickets for merchandise sales (first-come-first-served basis)" using the LINE app at the Tokyo venue. Please use this service if you wish to purchase official/artist merchandise early on the day of the show.

The following four types of numbered tickets will be distributed. You will be able to get the ticket according to the ticket you have and the artist's goods you wish to purchase. (Official merchandise can be purchased with any numbered ticket.)

*No numbered tickets will be distributed at MIDNIGHT SONIC and SONICMANIA.
*Numbered tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis between 8:00 and 15:00 on the day of the event. (*Distribution may end earlier than the scheduled time depending on the number of people who have received tickets.)
*Calling will start from numbered number 1 from the time sales begin at 8:30 a.m.
*Numbered tickets are valid for 3 hours from the start of the call. Please come to the merchandising area by then.

*GPS will be available only when you are within a radius of 1k meters from Halls 9-10 of Makuhari Messe. (If you have trouble obtaining location information, please ask a staff member in the merchandise sales area at Halls 9-10. We will guide you how to get the information.)
*Free admission is scheduled from 15:00. During the free admission period, anyone with a ticket or wristband for the day's performance may enter the merchandise sales area.

Official LINE account

・Numbered tickets will be issued using the LINE App, and cannot be applied for by customers who do not have a smartphone with the LINE App installed.
・Only Platinum/1DAY/2DAY ticket holders on the day of SUMMER SONIC 2024 can apply for the numbered tickets. Those who do not have a ticket for the show cannot apply.
・Please make sure to register from the smartphone you will bring to the venue on the day of the performance.
・Please register only if you are able to come during the sales hours.
・If the merchandise you are looking for is sold out, you can cancel your numbered ticket for merchandising sales.
・When the call number is near, a numbered ticket with a QR code will be sent to your LINE talk by message.
・The numbered tickets will be updated with the number of the caller listed on the ticket (LINE), so please come to the venue referring to it.
・When entering the merchandise sales area, we will confirm (1) your ticket or wristband for the performance (on the day only) and (2) your numbered ticket for merchandise sales.
・If you are late for the call, you may enter by lining up at the end of the purchase line if you arrive within 3 hours of the call time. After 3 hours, however, your numbered ticket will expire, so please use the free admission time slot from 15:00.
・Only one person per ticket is allowed to enter the venue. If you are coming as a group, please make sure to apply for a numbered ticket for your companion as well. However, numbered tickets cannot be issued in "consecutive numbers".
If you wish to enter the merchandise sales area together, you will be admitted according to the person whose numbered ticket is later than yours. (You must obtain the same type of numbered ticket.)
・Disabled visitors and others who need assistance with purchases may enter with one accompanying person with a single ticket.
・It is not possible to re-enter the venue with a once-used merchandising ticket.
・Transfer or resale of numbered tickets is prohibited. If such an action is recognized, the ticket will be invalidated.
・From 15:00, admission will be free. During the free admission period, anyone with a ticket or wristband of the day's performance may enter the merchandise sales area.
・If you operate a numbered ticket for merchandising by mistake, please contact the staff before calling out.
・Numbered tickets do not guarantee purchase.
