AY 2024 Academic Calendar

Notes for the Spring and Fall Semesters (as of November 10, 2023)

Notes


  1. This calendar excludes the Law School, School of Medicine (second- to sixth-year), Graduate School of Medicine, Graduate School of Business Administration, Faculty of Pharmacy (second- to sixth-year), Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Graduate School of System Design and Management, and Graduate School of Media Design.
  2. In principle, the Faculty of Nursing and Medical Care (third-year) will follow the calendar for Shonan Fujisawa Campus, but the examination schedule and break periods will be decided by the faculty.
  3. The schedule for orientations and makeup class days will be decided by each faculty or graduate school.
  4. Details on academic calendars of respective faculties and graduate schools will be updated as needed. Some of the orientations may be held earlier than the schedule below.
  5. Depending on how the situation unfolds in future, it may become necessary to make changes to the calendar.
  6. Details on online course registration will be provided by each faculty or graduate school.
  7. The Waseda-Keio Baseball Games are held over the weekend in late May to early June in the Spring Semester and late October to early November in the Fall Semester.
