Josh Rogers is the Chief Executive Officer of Precisely, the global leader in data integrity, with 12,000 customers in more than 100 countries, including 99 of the Fortune 100. As CEO, Josh leads Precisely’s global team of 2,500 employees as they build and deliver software and data products that provide accuracy, consistency, and context to power confident business decisions.

Prior to becoming CEO in 2016, Josh was President of Syncsort, the precursor to Precisely, leading global business operations, including sales, marketing, support, and engineering. He was previously VP of Worldwide Sales and VP of Americas Sales for the company.

Earlier in his career, Josh held leadership positions at IBM and Endeca technologies, as well as Bank of America Capital Investors.

Josh is a graduate of Davidson College, and holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Jason Smith is the Chief Financial Officer at Precisely.  He has more than 25 years of finance experience with public and private equity backed companies across multiple industries.

Prior to joining Precisely, Jason served as the CFO of Citrix, and previously held senior financial leadership roles at ADT and the Alamo and National car rental companies.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia and is a CFA® charterholder.

Joel Chaplin is the Chief Information Officer at Precisely. In this role, he leads global IT and cloud operations, responsible for delivering a world-class digital experience as the company continues its rapid growth in data integrity.

Prior to joining Precisely, Joel held CIO and executive-level IT operations roles for nearly twenty years with technology companies including Nuance Communications, Varolii, Virtuoso, Motricity, and InfoSpace.

He earned his B.A. from Washington State University.

Eric Yau is the Chief Operating Officer at Precisely. In this role, he is responsible for Precisely’s full software and data portfolio as well as company transformation and integration initiatives. Eric’s teams include Product Management, Engineering, Cloud Services, Customer Support and Integration Management & Transformation.

Eric brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience, most recently serving as EVP, Software at RMS where he transformed the company from a catastrophe modeling business into the industry-leading insurance risk data and analytics platform. Before RMS, Eric was SVP of Solutions at BMC Software with responsibility for the full $2.2B portfolio of mainframe and distributed software segments, as well as cloud operations and support. Prior to BMC, Eric was IBM’s VP, Business Intelligence & Performance Management.

Eric earned degrees in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo.

Dave Shuman is Precisely’s Chief Data Officer, leading the team responsible for establishing advanced data governance, modeling, and analytical capabilities for the company.

Dave has over twenty years of experience in executive-level leadership roles in IT, data, and operations. Prior to joining Precisely, he was most recently with Cloudera, where he led the Connected Industries & Smart Cities group. Dave has also held executive roles at Vision Chain and enews (a Barnes & Noble Company).

Dave received his B.A. from Earlham College and his M.B.A. in Information Systems from Temple University.

Lisa Crawford is Precisely’s Chief Human Resources Officer. As CHRO, she oversees Precisely’s talent management, culture, learning and development, M&A personnel activities, and HR operations.

Throughout her 25-year career, Lisa has served in several senior HR executive roles spanning multiple industries and areas of specialization, helping companies successfully manage rapid growth, acquisition integration, and create a great workplace environment.

Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer at Unitrends, Inc, a private equity-backed, business continuity solutions software vendor. Lisa also founded EvolvHR, providing strategic and operational consulting on talent management and organizational change. Prior to that, Lisa was Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Randstad U.S. Professionals.

Lisa graduated Cum Laude from Dartmouth College.

Craig Zajac is Precisely’s General Counsel, responsible for Precisely’s Legal Department.

Prior to joining Precisely, Craig served as General Counsel for ClickSoftware, which was acquired by Salesforce in 2019. Prior to ClickSoftware, Craig was General Counsel at VCE and has more than 22 years of experience as in-house counsel for both public and privately held technology companies.

He is a graduate of Saint Bonaventure University and Duquesne University School of Law.

Eric Willcox is the Chief Revenue Officer at Precisely, leading go-to-market strategy and design, client satisfaction initiatives, and sales performance. In this role, Eric oversees the overall operations of the company’s field-facing organization globally, ensuring seamless alignment between customer success and sales execution.

Prior to this role, Eric served as Precisely’s SVP of Sales, Americas, where he brought a fresh emphasis on customer-centricity, operational excellence, and high-impact sales strategies. With over two decades of leadership experience at SAP and IBM, Eric has a proven track record of building and leading top-tier sales teams and driving successful customer outcomes.

Eric is a graduate of Purdue University, and earned an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado Denver.

Kevin Ruane is Precisely’s Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, he leads the team responsible for demand generation, events, communications, brand, web, content, sales enablement, and channel and product marketing. In 2020 Kevin led the company’s rebrand to Precisely following Syncsort’s acquisition of the Pitney Bowes software & data business in late 2019.

Prior to joining Syncsort, Kevin held leadership positions in corporate marketing at NetSuite, NCR Corp., and Oracle.

Kevin has a proven record of building, managing, and executing integrated marketing and communications programs for Fortune 500 corporations, global business units, and high-growth companies in the enterprise software sector.

Kevin earned a B.S. in Public Relations at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and a B.A. in Psychology from the College of Arts and Sciences at Syracuse University.

Tendü Yoğurtçu, Ph.D., is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Precisely. In this role, she directs the company’s technology strategy and innovation, leading product research and development (R&D) programs.

Prior to becoming Chief Technology Officer, Tendü served as General Manager of Big Data for Syncsort, the precursor to Precisely, leading the global software business for Data Integration, Hadoop, and Cloud. She previously held several engineering leadership roles at the company, directing the development of the Integrate family of products.

Tendü has over 25 years of software industry experience, with a focus on Big Data and Cloud technologies. She has also spent time in academics, working as a Computer Science Adjunct Faculty Member at Stevens Institute of Technology.

In 2019, Tendü was named CTO of the Year at the prestigious Women in IT Awards, and in 2018 was recognized as an Outstanding Executive in Technology by Advancing Women in Technology (AWT).

Tendü received her Ph.D. in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology, NJ, a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Bosphorus University in Istanbul.

Marcus Johnston is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Precisely. In this role, he leads the global information security team responsible for Precisely’s InfoSec governance and risk management as the company continues its rapid growth in data integrity.

Marcus has over 30 years of IT and InfoSec experience in software and services organizations, building and scaling security and compliance management programs for many environments. Prior to joining Precisely, Marcus was Chief Security Officer at Infogix, and he has held IT and Security leadership roles at OpenTV, Spyglass, and Accenture.

Marcus received a B.S. and B.A. from The Ohio State University.

Susan Ndongwa Fletcher, Esq., is the Chief Privacy Officer at Precisely. In this role, she is responsible for elevating the company’s privacy and data protection program and for providing leadership for ethical data stewardship. At Precisely, she applies a privacy ethics lens to build a strong foundation in trust, data, and technologies that meets the requirements of international privacy and data protection laws and regulations, while making stewardship meaningful across the enterprise on an organizational level.

Susan brings over 15 years of global experience in technology, retail, AdTech, financial services, education, and privacy compliance. Prior to joining Precisely, Susan served in several privacy and commercial legal roles at multinational companies including The Kroger Co., Amazon, HSBC Bank, The Blackstone Group, and Live Nation/Ticketmaster. 

As the Chief Product Officer at Precisely, Christopher Hall is responsible for driving product strategies and roadmaps for the entire Precisely product portfolio, including the continued innovation and delivery of the Data Integrity Suite.

With more than 20 years of senior leadership experience, Christopher most recently served as SVP, Product and Operations at Precisely where he led the vision, strategy, and execution for the Engage portfolio. He has also held management positions at Red Ventures, Imagitas, Sharecare, Eventful, The Active Network, AOL, and served as an Acquisition Officer for the United States Air Force.

Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA from the University of West Florida.

Dan Adams is the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Enrich at Precisely. In this role, Dan oversees the global strategy, development, and execution of Precisely’s Enrich business, which focuses on a rich portfolio of data enrichment products and capabilities.

Prior to joining Precisely, Dan served as the VP of Data at Pitney Bowes, following the acquisition of Maponics where he was CEO. With over 20 years in the data industry Dan has also held senior leadership positions at TomTom, GDT, and Tele Atlas North America.

Dan received a B.A. from the University of New Hampshire.

Ulf Viney is Executive Vice President of Engineering, Support & Operations at Precisely, responsible for the company’s global team of engineers and developers.

He brings more than 20 years of engineering and technology expertise, leading organizations to build and deliver software and software-as-a-service offerings across a wide range of industries. Prior to joining Precisely, Ulf was Vice President of Cloud Services for Qlik, leading the company’s engineering and operational efforts. He has also held executive and senior level engineering roles with RMS, BMC Software, IBM, and Cognos.

Ulf received a B.A. from Carleton University.

Jamin Marks is Executive Vice President, Corporate Development at Precisely. In this role, he is responsible for designing and implementing sustainable M&A processes to support Precisely’s growth.

Prior to joining Syncsort, the precursor to Precisely, Jamin served as SVP, Corporate Development at CA Technologies, where he led an aggressive global acquisition approach – from early-stage strategy and identification through deal execution. Before CA Technologies, he held leadership positions in business and corporate development at IBM.

Jamin has more than 15 years of corporate development experience, with an exceptional track record of delivering corporate growth through inorganic execution.

Jamin received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Science and MIS from Iowa State University, a Juris Doctor degree in Law from the Indiana University, Robert H. McKinney School of Law, and an M.B.A from the University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business.

Greg Van den Heuvel is the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Engage Solutions at Precisely. In this role, he is responsible for the global financial growth of the Engage business, including strategy, product and solutions development of the EngageOne suite of products, management, enablement, technical support and business development.

Prior to joining Precisely, Greg served as the Chief Operations Officer of the Pitney Bowes software & data business. For over 30 years, Greg held senior management positions within the Pitney Bowes corporation across services, operations, sales, strategy, marketing and product management.

Greg is a graduate of the University of California, Davis.
