The day to day care you can do at home ensures the accuracy and proper functioning of your watch but as a precision instrument, it occasionally requires technical care. Depending on how frequently you wear your luxury watch, the model, and the environment you wear it in, we recommend bringing it in for a service regularly.

After a first examination by our ambassador, we will recommend the appropriate service according to your expectations. You will discover below some of our most requested services.

Our specialists can service and repair any Piaget mechanical or quartz movement designed over the past 150 years.

They are skilled in giving your watch a thorough inspection, by individually checking each component. Your watch will be taken apart entirely, restored and reassembled, following our high standards. By entrusting us your creation, you will benefit from our latest optimisation and innovation if applicable.

After the complete service, you will be issued with a twenty-four-month warranty covering the work and the parts replaced.

For any Piaget mechanical or quartz movement, we would recommend a complete service every 8 years.

We offer the complimentary replacement of the battery when necessary. While we are at it, our watchmakers will also carry out an overall inspection of your watch.

Polishing your watch reveals the shine it had on the first day. Our watchmakers carefully disassemble your watch so that each part can be polished separately. As this is a delicate process that removes an extremely fine layer of metal, it must only be carried out when neccessary.

• Polishing and cleaning of the requested components
• Finishing with rhodium plating for white gold watches
• Reassembling your watch with new gaskets
• Battery replacement for quartz watches
• Functional check of your watch

To preserve the original essence and design of a creation, we recommend to perform a polishing service at the most 3 times in the creation's lifetime. Polishing is also not recommended for old watches, especially with a decor on the case (clou de Paris…)

To ensure a full protection of your watch against water, we provide a service of waterproof resistance renewal. We would recommend a renewal every 3/5 years depending of your use and environnemental influences.

Looking to add an extra special touch on your rings? We offer an engraving service that can add a personal flair to your piece. At our Piaget boutiques, we can advise you on how feasible your request is. This is dependent on the design of your creation, it's technical characteristics, the space available and the thickness of the metal.

Where possible, for the perfect fit, Piaget offers you the possibility of adjusting the size of your creation. This process is carried out by hand, allowing your creation to be adjusted to your wishes.

This service is not available for certain creations due to their unique design. Our Piaget boutiques can inform you about the resizing specifications for each jewelry creation.

• Adding or removing gold (and other material if necessary; stones…)
• Soldering & Polishing the gold elements

We do not recommend to perform more than one sizing in a ring lifetime

Please note that for the repair or resize of some creations (ex: Possession turning rings), we may recommend a reproduction service fee.

Piaget jewellery is made to be loved and worn, but over time it may lose a little shine and superficial scratches can appear. The right care can restore the original beauty of your piece, for many years of wear to come.

Our highly skilled craftsmen carry out processes entirely by hand, such as general cleaning, polishing or immersing your gold jewelry in a rhodium bath if it is made out of white gold.

Polishing removes a fine layer of metal, so your pieces should only be polished when necessary.
