Previous VehicleSec Events
The Symposium on Vehicle Security and Privacy (VehicleSec) brings together researchers and practitioners from around the world to discuss recent advances and new perspectives on any security and privacy issues related to vehicles.
The first event was held as the Workshop on Automotive Cybersecurity (AutoSec) on 27 March 2019 in Dallas, Texas, USA. In 2021, it moved to co-locate with the NDSS Symposium as the Workshop on Automotive and Autonomous Vehicle Security (AutoSec) in San Diego, California. In 2023, built upon the continuous four-year growth of the AutoSec Workshop, it officially became the VehicleSec Symposium hosted by the Internet Society, with continued co-location with the NDSS Symposium.
