  1. A fixed monthly service fee - per employee: covers our top-notch facilities, support services, IT assistance staff management and client support.
  2. Direct employee costs: base salary and benefits - with no margin attached. We separate salaries from service costs to give you control over compensation. The salary component of your fee goes directly to your staff without any markup. This transparency not only provides visibility into your labor costs but also allows you to discern precisely what you're paying for in terms of skills and experience.

We offer full-time dedicated teams for clients. Our staff will work exclusively within your systems, ensuring they carry their learnings from one day to the next and provide onshore reporting directly to you and your teams.

In contrast, some offshore providers offer part-time services where the staff members may be shared across multiple clients simultaneously, providing a more flexible but less dedicated approach.

The recruitment process is quite similar to hiring a local employee through an external recruitment company. We take your brief and handle the search, shortlist and conduct initial interviews for you, then once you’ve chosen your ideal candidates, we employ them, ready for you to onboard.

MicroSourcing’s talent acquisition team works just as an in-house recruitment team would. They screen, interview and test candidates to ensure they meet the requirements illustrated in your job description. Clients are part of the recruitment process as much as they would like to be and ultimately make the final decision.

Our staff are flexible and will work the hours your business requires them to. This is especially helpful for clients who work in different time zones to the Philippines. If you need them to work according to your onshore team’s business hours, we will accommodate and make sure they are online during those times - we can support whatever your requirements may be.

It depends on the situation. If it’s due to poor performance, we’ll provide you with a well-documented performance management framework, which includes fair warning, an evaluation period and an escalation process that can lead to termination. If you would like to dismiss a staff member for reasons not associated with performance, your account manager can guide you through how that process would work.

Operations

We have protocols in place to address situations where things may not go as expected. We employ performance management frameworks to ensure that any issues are addressed promptly and effectively. Regarding your partnership with MicroSourcing, you have the flexibility to terminate the agreement at any time with proper notice.

Your new team could be ready to begin work in as little as six weeks. We use your job descriptions to find and recruit suitable candidates from the local market and our database. Once we’ve found the right people for your team, we set them up within our modern, state-of-the-art office facilities, including IT infrastructure and support.

No. Your MicroSourcing staff are 100% dedicated to your business. They are just like one of your onshore team members. You wouldn’t have your onshore staff work for another business or a competitor while on your payroll, so neither do your MicroSourcing employees.
