The purpose of the Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) on this page is to reflect the agreement between Lotame and you, our Business Customer, regarding the processing of Personal Data under the Lotame Outgoing Data License Agreement in accordance with the requirements of applicable Data Protection and Privacy Laws.
Our DPA consists of two parts: (1) the main body of the DPA, and (2) the DPA Schedules. The main body of the DPA governs the processing of Personal Data by you and Lotame in general under any Data Protection and Privacy Law. Each DPA Schedule governs any additional requirements for a specific Data Protection and Privacy Law applicable to the processing of Personal Data under that Data Protection and Privacy Law. A DPA Schedule for an applicable Data Protection and Privacy Law will be incorporated by reference into the DPA only when Personal Data subject to the applicable Data Protection and Privacy Law is being processed. DPA Schedules are not applicable if Personal Data subject to an applicable Data Protection and Privacy Law is not being processed.
