Erik Nierenberg
CEO
Erik Nierenberg is the CEO at Litmus. He has more than 20 years of experience with senior roles across sales, marketing, business development, operations, strategy, and product. Prior to Litmus, Erik led teams at Salesforce.com, Lynda.com, and Bain and Company, and was part of the founding team at The Bridgespan Group, a global nonprofit organization. Erik has advised numerous early- and late-stage companies including Datafox (acquired by Oracle), 6Sense, Udemy, Identified (acquired by Workday), and Bitly, where he sits on the Board of Directors. He holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in Economics from Pomona College and a MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Suzanne Bonotto
Chief Legal & People Officer
Suzanne Bonotto is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Litmus, where she serves as the company’s first in-house attorney and runs legal and compliance. Prior to joining Litmus, Suzanne served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for WageWorks, Inc., where she helped take the company public (NYSE: WAGE). Before WageWorks, Suzanne was in private practice. She has significant experience managing legal affairs for high-growth SaaS companies, including commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, data privacy and security, intellectual property, litigation, real property, and employment. She holds a BA in English from Santa Clara University and a JD from Santa Clara School of Law.

Brendan Caffrey
VP, Engineering/Chief Architect
Brendan Caffrey is VP of Engineering and Chief Architect at Litmus, where he leads engineering efforts focused on building the industry-leading Email Previews platform, Litmus’ world-class Email Analytics offering, and other R&D projects. Brendan joined Litmus in 2010 and has been developing solutions for email professionals for over 10 years. Prior to Litmus, he built CRM and financial software for Commonwealth Financial Network. Brendan holds a BS in Business Administration from the Wallace E. Carroll School of Management at Boston College, with a concentration in Marketing and Information Systems, and an MS in Software Engineering from Brandeis University.
Eddie Cianci

Eddie Cianci is VP of Engineering at Litmus and a veteran of the browser wars. At Litmus, he grows and leads diverse teams of happy, curious, brilliant humans who build out our Email Creative Platform.Eddie’s spent the last 20+ years developing marcom- and martech-focused SaaS solutions for warehousing, fulfillment, and digital print-on-demand. He’s a life-long, self-taught learner and proudly holds no degree from any accredited institution.

Matt Gore is the CTO and Chief Privacy Officer at Litmus, where he runs Software Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, Customer Support, and Information Security.Prior to Litmus, Matt spent eight years in InsurTech as VP of Engineering/Chief Architect at Enservio. Matt also spent nearly a decade in various technical and leadership roles in digital healthcare with GE Healthcare and IDX Systems. He holds a BA from the University of South Florida and is a veteran of the US Army.

Maida Kasper

Maida is the VP of Product & Growth at Litmus, where she’s focused on delivering continuous value to our customers. Prior to Litmus, Maida worked at Upwork, where she led a number of high impact Product teams and initiatives. Maida also has experience in customer-facing roles for both small and enterprise businesses, and is passionate about building trusting relationships with her teams and partners. She holds a BS from Santa Clara University and an MBA from Notre Dame de Namur University.
Brian Martin

Brian Martin is the CRO at Litmus, where he runs worldwide sales, account management, and customer success.Prior to Litmus, Brian held senior roles at NetSuite, OpenAir (acquired by NetSuite), and Foresee across sales, account management, marketing, and enablement. Prior to his time in SaaS, Brian worked as a strategy consultant for Bain & Company and in finance roles for American Express and AT&T. He cut his teeth in business working odd jobs in the summer as a busboy, delivering Chinese food (before Grubhub and Uber Eats), bagging groceries, and working in fast food at Wendy’s. Brian has a BS from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Northwestern University.

Ryan Martin is the SVP of Business Development & Partnerships at Litmus, where he runs the indirect channel and works across the ecosystem of email service providers, marketing clouds and third-party technologies to extend the reach and value of the Litmus platform. Prior to Litmus, Ryan held senior roles at Salesforce.com and Box across sales development, sales, channel sales, and BD functions. Prior to his time in SaaS, Ryan worked as a strategy consultant for Scott, Madden & Associates across many industries including energy, pharmaceuticals, and technology. Ryan has a BS from the University of Alabama and an MBA from the University of Georgia.

Cynthia Price is the VP of Marketing at Litmus. Her team grows and supports the Litmus and email community through content marketing, demand generation, and events. She has been in the email marketing industry for over 10 years, previously as VP of marketing at Emma, an email service provider. She has a passion for authentic communications and the power of email at the heart of the marketing mix.

Chris Walker is the VP of Finance at Litmus, where he is responsible for the oversight of all financial and accounting functions at Litmus. Chris brings more than 15 years of financial, operational, and reporting experience from companies with annual revenues from ten million to over one billion.Prior to Litmus, Chris held financial positions of increasing responsibility at Acquia (acquired by Vista Equity Partners — $1.0 Billion) and Cubist Pharmaceuticals (acquired by Merck — $8.4 Billion). A CPA, Chris started his finance career in public accounting, gaining valuable experience working with venture-backed and publicly-traded companies in the technology, pharmaceuticals, and biotech industries. Chris has a BS and MSA in accounting from Stonehill College.
