Expedited processing of option service

Re-weighing service
500 JPY/package sale price only 200 JPY
If you have any problem on package weight, you can apply for re-weighing service before payment. For this service, please contact our customer service at support@leyifan.com.
Cautions:
*If the weight error of your package is within 30g and does not cause the increasing of shipping fee, we will regard it as a normal error.
*If the weight error causes the increasing of shipping fee, we will not charge service fees (the returned service fee will be transferred to your account balance and can be directly deducted when paying.
Order modification
300 JPY/package
After the value-added service is completed, if you need to modify the order information such as delivery address, phone number, shipping method (only for the same route, such as EMS to SEA, if you need to change the shipping method to the different one, please apply for order cancellation and apply for delivery again), declared value, etc., you can contact customer service to apply for modification before the package payment, and a processing fee of 300 yen will be charged.
Cautions:
*Order modification is not supported after the order is shipped.
Order cancellation
500 JPY/package
In case you wish to cancel your order after your package has been submitted for shipment, you can contact customer service to request this service before payment is made. Once we have re-stocked your package with a new one, you can reapply for value-added services or shipping.
Cautions:
*Value-added service for the original package is still subject to charge.
Example: If you choose the 100 yen new carton value-added service for you package, then apply for order cancellation, we will charge 500 yen service fee for cancellation + 100 yen new carton fee
*If you do not choose the value-added service and have not paid the shipping fee, or if the package has not been processed by the warehouse after applying for shipment, you can cancel the order directly by yourself in your account.

Secondary Unboxing Service

If your package enters the "Waiting for payment" status and requires a secondary unboxing service, please contact our online customer service to apply for this service before paying the international shipping fee.
Secondary operation

If you want to change the box of the package (old box to new one) or remove the sundries that may increase the volume or weight (such as envelopes, shoe boxes, cardboard, etc.), you can contact customer service to apply for this service before settle the payment. Notes: *Whether the volume and weight of the package after the secondary operation are different before and after is subject to the actual situation.
Cautions:
*This service fee includes the cost of replacing the new box, and members do not need to pay the new carton for extra.
Photo checking

Please contact Customer Service to request this service if you need to confirm the condition of the package inside and outside before “Apply for delivery”.
The warehouse will provide you with 1 photo of the outer box of the package, 1 photo of the courier waybill and several photos of all the products for your confirmation. (If there are product details and invoices, they will also be taken).
Cautions:
* If the customer finds that the package does not match the purchased one after receiving, applying for this photo service and providing unboxing video evidence can fully protect your customer rights and facilitate communication on subsequent compensation matters.
* If you need to confirm the product bonus or redemption code in advance, please refer to this service.
* This photo service will unpack the box.
* The product packaging box is not opened by default.
Courier Waybill Photo Checking
100JPY per charge
If you need a photo of package waybill's information before "Apply for Delivery", please contact customer service for the service.
We will provide you with 1 photo of the courier waybill for your confirmation.
Cautions:
*If warehouse makes an error in the entry of the courier waybill number, the service fee will not be charged (the service fee will be refunded to your account balance and you may use it as a shipping fee for the shipment ).
Return service
400 JPY/package
If you want to return your purchases to the online shops, please contact them first. After you confirmed it could be returned, please contact our customer service at support@leyifan.com and we will help you submit a return request.

*Once you applied for delivering your package, the return service would be not available.
*We are not able to provide a return service if you cannot show any proof of the seller's agreement about the return.
Package size measurement service
200 JPY/package
When calculating shipping fee of DHL, we measure the volumetric weight and the actual weight of your package, and charge for whichever measurement is greater.
This service only measures the length, width and height of the outer box (unit: cm), and does not provide measurement of the volume of the goods in the package. If you need to confirm the volume of the package before "Apply for delivery", you can contact customer service to apply for this service.
Cautions:
*This service only provides the corresponding values (length, width and height) (unit: cm), and does not provide package content photo service.
*This service does not provide weighing service.
*This service does not provide combined package measurement.
*If the error is within 0.5cm, it is considered a normal error.
*If you find that the size of your product does not match the existing bubble pillar, we will provide you with one or two layers of bubble wrap reinforcement service without additional notice.
*If your package contains fragile goods/electronic products, the warehouse will reinforce them separately by default, and whether the goods can be reinforced or not will be determined by the operator.
Package consolidation
From 0 JPY
Packages from multiple shops can be consolidated and ship to you in one package, cheaper and more convenient.Consolidating 3 (or less) packages is free;
When consolidate more than 3 packages, we will charge 200 JPY handling fee for each additional one.
When consolidate more than 9 packages, we will charge 150 JPY handling fee for each additional one.
Cautions:
*If another carton is required, the corresponding material fee will be charged according to the size of the carton (within 90cm(including 90): 100 JPY/each; 90-120cm(including 120): 200 JPY/each; above 120cm:300 JPY/each).
*This service will remove the original outer carton box of the package and consolidate it in another suitable carton box. We will not remove the packaging of the items itself (if the outer box of the package is the packaging of the items, please specify in advance; if you need to keep the original outer carton box of the package, please input "Package No. +Consolidate with it's original outer carton box" in the Remarks column when submitting a delivery request)
*In some cases, the consolidated weight may be heavier than the estimated weight. This may occur when we use extra buffering or cardboard boxes. This helps to avoid damages which may occur during overseas shipping.
*In case the packages you choose for package consolidation are over-length or over-weight, exceeding the regulations of the logistics regulation (specific to the standards of the delivery method and the announcement of each country and region), the warehouse will complete the package consolidation on the premise of conforming to the regulations of the logistics line, and the over-length or over-weight goods will be re-stored as “remaining items” to your account.
*This service is available in existing carton sizes in warehouse now, and there is no guarantee that all items can be combined successfully especially the special size items.
Change package boxes

We provide new packaging boxes that are better able to support overseas transportation.
The following chart shows the cost of carton service fee, please allow little size error due to manual measurement:

*Please note even if you don't submit this option, in the following situation we will forwardly change a new box for you.
A. We can't fill all products in the original package box.
B. The original package box is really weak, it almost 100% will be broken during the oversea shipping.
Package separation (averagely)

If you need to averagely divide items in a package into multiple packages, you can apply for it in "My package". According to the number of final packages, the charge of each package is 100 JPY.
For example: 1 package are divided into 3 sub packages, we will charge you 300 JPY.
Cautions:
*When "Package separation (averagely)" service is complete, the packages will be registered to your account with a new package number. This service only provides a picture of the packing, and will not take a picture of the goods, and will not count the number of goods. If you need to confirm the contents of the package, please contact our customer service to apply for the "Photo Checking Service/ 500JPY" or apply for "Package separation (accurately)" service in your account directly.(Updated on March 28, 2024)

Package separation (accurately)
500 JPY/package sale price only 300 JPY
If you need to accurately divide items in a package into multiple packages, you can apply for it in "My package". According to your request, the specified items in the package can be accurately divided into sub packages. The cost is calculated with the final number of sub packages, the charge of each package is 300 JPY.
For example: 1 package are divided into 3 sub packages, the charge is 300x 3=900 JPY.
Cautions:
*When Package separation (accurately) service is complete, the packages will be registered to your account with a new package number. We will provide a picture of the content, so that you can check the number of products in the package.(Updated on March 28, 2024)
*In case the submitted items or quantities do not match the actual ones, we will split the boxes at its own discretion and without notice.
Normal reinforcement
From 300 JPY/package
We provide two layers of bubble film for the outer box of the package, as well as cushioning materials (such as air bags, newspapers, sealing tape, etc.) inside the package to protect your products.
The fee for package reinforcement normal is based on the size of the package after packing:

*The weight and volume of the package may increase after normal reinforcement.
*Normal reinforcement does not target items for individual reinforcement. Please choose separate reinforcement or super reinforcement for items if your package contains fragile goods such as glass, CD, ceramics, liquids, etc.
Super reinforcement
From 1000 JPY/package
We will provide 4 layers of bubble film, and inflatable bags, air cushion, plastic cushion, newspapers, sealing tape and so on. A large package is suitable for this service.
The fee for super reinforcement is based on the size of the finished package:
Cautions:
*In order to prevent fragile items from shaking, we will try to put enough packaging material as much as we can. Also if you select super reinforcement service, it may increase the weight and volume of the package, thank you for your understanding in advance.
*Super reinforcement is not for individual reinforcement of goods. We recommend that you can apply an additional "individual item reinforcement" if there are fragile goods such as glass, CD, ceramics and liquid in your package.
Individual item reinforcement
150 JPY/product sale price only 100 JPY
For individual small goods / fragile goods or you specify the goods for cushioning bubble film reinforcement, you can also apply for bubble column reinforcement (Please put bubble column reinforcement in the remarks, otherwise we will handle it with bubble film by default.) We recommend that you choose this service for glass, CDs, liquids, ceramics and other fragile goods, replacement goods, electronic products etc.
Only some special items (CDs/light books/cards/stand and badges) can be reinforced by bundling multiple pieces as a single piece, If you do not indicate it in your remarks, warehouse defaults to packaging 5 items as a group and reinforces them separately, if you need each product individually reinforced, you need to note in the remarks first.
Cautions:
*Bundled reinforcement supports up to 5 as a group of individual reinforcement. Please contact customer service in advance for this service after submission. We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage if members do not specify in advance.
*If the bundled reinforcement caused wear and tear of the items, we shall not be responsible or liable for any damage. We recommend to choose individual reinforcement.
*Since there are many cases of fragile goods such as wine being damaged after being sent overseas, for such products, even if you do not choose the bubble column reinforcement service, we will default to bubble column reinforcement for you. When settling the payment, it will be reflected in the details, and we will charge you according to the actual quantity used.
*If the bottle is individually boxed, we will use 1~2 layers of bubble film to reinforce the outer box instead of bubble columns without further notice (if you need to remove the outer box of the wine bottle and use bubble columns for reinforcement, please fill in the remarks separately for warehouse operations)
*If you find that the size of your product does not match the existing bubble column, we will provide you with one or two layers of bubble wrap reinforcement service without additional notice.
*If your package contains fragile goods/electronic products, the warehouse will reinforce them separately by default, and whether the goods can be reinforced or not will be determined by the operator.
Strap reinforcement

Depending on the size of the package and the actual situation, we will use 2~4 straps to reinforce the outer box, so that it is easy for the logistics staff to extract and reduce the possibility of the package being thrown down, recommended for large and heavy packages.
The fee for strap reinforcement is based on the weight and size of the package:
Waterproof film reinforcement

For those who are concerned about the shipping process due to weather problems, please refer to this service. We provide 2~3 layers of transparent waterproof film to strengthen the carton to prevent moisture from softening and to reduce the possibility of damage to the goods inside.
The fee for waterproof film reinforcement is calculated based on the weight of the package:

Useless items removal
Free
1) Removal of shoe boxes;
2) Removal of advertising flyers;
3) Removal of magazines;
4) Removal of shopping slips (invoices);
5) Removal of hangers;
6) Removal of gift bags and many other free de-cluttering services (services must be checked when shipping instructions are made) service must be applied when delivery request is made.
7) Remove outer envelope
This service will remove all envelope packaging, does not accept to keep a specified envelope packaging.
8) Remove excess lithium batteries
Please also select the " Lithium Battery Installation Service", so the operator will install lithium batteries and remove excess lithium batteries for disposal in accordance with the rules of each shipping method.
Cautions:
*Please note that if you choose to use our exclusive line (For Taiwan and China only), the shopping list will be removed by default.
*Useless items removal service only accepts items listed above, other removal requests are not available. Please contact our CS team to discard of the useless package when the package separation service is completed.
Package signing into the warehouse

We will notify you by email that the package has been received at the warehouse.
Cautions:
*Please contact customer service 1 working day in advance if you need cash on delivery service.
Retain the original box
Free
Retain the outer box of the package when it arrives at the warehouse, and do not change the carton and other operations.
Retain the original box (if you apply for part of the package to retain the original box, please put your request clearly when submitting a delivery request, and remark the package number that you need to retain the original box if you apply package consolidation service, otherwise it is regarded as retaining all the original boxes.
Operation steps: Apply for delivery > Value-added service > select "Remarks" and indicate that the original box is reserved for shipment.
Cautions:
*Please note that due to different route regulations, packages may be opened to confirm whether they contain prohibited items.
*If you have more than one package submitted for package consolidation, please be noted that the outermost large carton will be filled with cushioning and shipped, which may increase the weight or volume.
*If the outermost large carton does not fit, please be noted we will use the carton for a fee.
*If you choose to keep the original box, the items will not be compensated for any deformation or damage in transit!
*If you do not check this service and only write it in the remarks column, the warehouse will not operate.
Installation of lithium battery

Due to Japan Post's regulations that a package can only contain two devices with lithium battery packs, and the lithium battery packs must be installed in the machine, in order to reduce the risk of your package being returned, we provide you with battery installation services.

*If you apply this service, we will unpack your package, and may also need to unpack your goods.
*This service is also applicable to the installation of dry batteries.

When your package arrives at the warehouse, we will provide you with the package weighing and way bill number (if the package has a way bill number).

Confirm the delivery situation

If your package is sent from the merchant to the warehouse in the process of delivery progress is abnormal, we can provide you with the help of inquiry services (you need to provide the way bill number, shopping screenshots and other information), to check the package delivery status with the courier company.

If merchant where you are shopping has any questions about the package (e.g., missing items in the package / payment problems), and contact warehouse, we will relay the message to members by email, and members will need to communicate with merchant.
