  • The hardware environment of the Manager is recommended for up to 100 clients. The recommended environment varies depending on the number of clients to be managed and the logs to be collected.
  • The Manager Server can coexist with other systems within the same OS, but we recommend that you prepare dedicated hardware for this purpose. However, we recommend that you prepare dedicated hardware for this purpose. When coexisting with other systems, you may be asked to separate the servers in order to isolate problems when they occur.
  • For the database, you can use the product that comes with this product or your Microsoft SQL Server license.
  • If you want to manage more than 500 units in a cloud environment, you cannot use SQL Server (Standard Edition) that comes with this product.
  • The operating environment (CPU, memory, HDD free space) of the agent should meet the recommended system requirements of the OS. The system requirements may change depending on the use of the co-resident software.
  • Client agents (MRs) are available in Japanese, English, and Chinese (simplified) for overseas operating systems.

  • If the virtualization product is a supported virtualization product and the target OS runs LANSCOPE Endpoint Manager for On-premises client, LANSCOPE will work.
    However, please verify the operation before changing the settings or upgrading the virtualization environment product during or after installation.
    Issues caused by virtualization products may not be addressed.
