Registration

• YES: Submit a registration request
  
  
• NO: Create an ITU user account

• NOT SURE: Log in to your ITU user account to update your personal details, change or recover a password, request TIES access (ITU members only), etc.

Go to the ITU-R event registration web page

• Fill out the registration request form. To modify your personal details, go to your ITU user account.
• Upon submission of the registration request, you will receive an acknowledgement email indicating that your request is pending focal point approval [show me an example].
  
  

No email received?

• Check your ITU user account personal details.

• Once submitted, your registration request is automatically forwarded to the corresponding focal point for approval.
  
  
• Should your request remain pending approval, please contact your focal point directly.
  
  
• Without approval from their focal point, participants will not be able to participate in the event, whether physically or remotely.

• Upon the approval of the focal point, you will receive a confirmation of registration email [show me an example].


• Participants will also be notified if their registration request is rejected by the DFP.
