Asia Pacific Climate Week 2021 Side event "Utilizing forest functions for mitigating and adapting to climate change"
In our presentation, we propose an approach to consider wellbeing of local communities who live closely to forests for climate change mitigation and adaptation. We discuss the approach by referring to an issue of energy scarcity in a community and REDD+ as a measure to address the issue.
