Kasia Jablonska, Director of Digital and On-Demand for EMEA, BBC Studios
A senior industry executive with over 20 years experience in content monetisation, commercial and editorial strategies, Kasia Jablonska has collaborated with leading media companies, online and cloud-based service providers.
Starting her journey at NatGeo/Fox, she served as Regional Director, overseeing P&L for Fox channels in CEE. She then progressed her career with roles at NBC Universal, A+E Networks, Scripps/Discovery and Endemol Shine Group before joining BBC Studios, where she currently operates in EMEA markets. She spearheaded the digital monetisation strategy for production studios’ catalogues, driving a transition from single to multi-screen exploitation for pay TV providers. She was also honoured as one of the Top 50 VOD Professionals in the UK.
As the Director of Digital and On-Demand for EMEA at BBC Studios, Kasia is responsible for developing, executing, and bolstering strategic plans aimed at expanding digital revenue streams, innovating new digital products, and optimising audience engagement on various digital platforms across EMEA.
Dr Mark Harrison, Founder and Chief Content Officer, DPP Ltd
Mark began his career as an Historian at Cambridge University, with several publications to his name, before moving into the media industry. He spent many years as a Director, Producer and Executive Producer, and won numerous awards for his filmmaking, including an International Emmy and a BAFTA nomination.
Mark was Managing Director of an independent production company before being appointed BBC Head of Arts, and then Head of Multiplatform Production. He was subsequently Controller of Production for BBC North and leader of the BBC’s End-to-End Digital programme, before becoming Director of Transformation for BBC Design & Engineering.
In 2015 Mark founded the DPP – the international network for media and technology – and became its CEO. This led the International Moving Image Society to give him an Outstanding Contribution to the Industry Award in 2018.
Today the DPP has around 550 member companies from across the whole media supply chain – from the global tech giants to broadcasters, and from media tech vendors to production companies. The DPP works with its member companies to generate strategic insight and create business opportunities. In 2024 Mark passed the CEO role to Rowan de Pomerai, and is now Founder and Chief Content Officer.
Rachelle Peterson, Founder and CEO, LOQIA Group
LOQIA Group is an independent specialist consulting firm that bridges commercial markets including hospitality and travel with global media and content partners.
Before launching LOQIA Group, Rachelle was Senior Vice President Commercial Distribution for DAZN, the world’s largest live sports destination platform where she managed the company’s global B2B sales and distribution business.
Prior to DAZN Rachelle was Senior Director and Head of Global Commercial Distribution at CNN. She created and negotiated cross functional partnerships to ensure distribution and delivery of Warner Bros. Discovery’s TV channel portfolio including CNN, Eurosport, Cartoon Network, Discovery, and TLC across international commercial markets.
Under her leadership, CNN TAP (Travel Advertising Platform) was launched across the global OOH markets. The innovative product transformed the travel technology space, creating new revenue streams via Wi-Fi connectivity partnerships thereby sparking the transition from a linear to digital business.
As Board Member and Independent Advisor to the largest independent air-travel media brand, Travel Radar, Rachelle’s expertise was leveraged to increase market penetration to more than 20m users per month.
Throughout her career Rachelle has been sought out by the some of the world’s most recognised brands to develop new and exciting ideas that reflect how the travellers of today consume content on the go. She delivers business innovations that are supported by smart adoption of key technologies with an emphasis on revenue opportunities and enhanced experiences.
An effective public speaker, Rachelle has been the host of CNN’s Women in Media sessions across Asia and the Middle East and is an in-demand moderator, panellist, host and presenter at conferences and summits across the globe.

Keran has over 10 years experience in running content programmes for B2B media houses, most recently leading the content at the IBC Show. She has global experience working with mediatech and broadcast firms, and has a strong personal interest in climate action. Keran has an LLB from the University of Cape Town and an MSc from the University of Dundee.
