GRSS Certified Education and Training
The IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society Certified Education and Training is a series of informative and current educational lectures on the fundamentals of remote sensing science and technology. This education and training aims to provide students, young professionals, individuals interested in continuing education, and inquisitive minds with a collection of 30 to 60-minute online webinar lectures. These trainings are broadcast live and recorded to be made available on-demand on the IEEE GRSS Resource Center (RC) and the IEEE Learning Network IEEE (ILN). The RC platform provides an archive of tutorials and webinars on remote sensing topics while the ILN platform provides a more diverse selection of online courses from various IEEE societies. Completing online courses and webinar sessions also awards IEEE Continuing Education Units (CEU) or Professional Development Hours (PDH). All educational webinars and IEEE certifications are free for GRSS members.
