Consumer Alert

Due to a significant increase in complaint volumes, responses to your submissions may be delayed.  We appreciate your patience while we work to process your complaint as quickly as possible.

Filing your complaint directly with your bank’s regulator is the most efficient way to have your concerns addressed. Use the FDIC’s BankFind tool to discover who supervises your bank and file your complaint directly with that agency for a faster response. If your concerns involve a brokerage firm, file your complaint directly with FINRA.  Complaints involving securities, investments, or cryptocurrency should be filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. If you are still unsure of the correct agency to submit your concerns to, you may file your complaint here and we’ll refer it for you.
