Location and Opening Hours

The Welcome Desk is located at the Rolex Learning Center and is the focal point for any information related to EPFL.

The Welcome Desk is open:

  • Monday to Friday
  • from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM

How can we help?

We hold lost items found on campus for 3 months. If you have lost something, please go to the Welcome Desk.

What happens to items after 3 months?

Ten meeting rooms are located near the library, in five clear-glass, soundproofed areas. They are reserved exclusively for EPFL and UNIL students and EPFL staff.

Discover EPFL through our guided tours! Explore the campus and its unique atmosphere, visit our exhibitions, or learn about our energy production systems.

Explore EPFL using our interactive map, in real-time via the EPFL Campus app, or by downloading the map for offline use.

When you find a poster on the EPFL campus that does not comply with the guidelines, please return it to the EPFL reception desk at the Rolex Learning Center or by email accueil@epfl-ch

The desk answers questions from students and doctoral candidates, and also handles their requests by email, phone, or in person.
