Exhibitor Information
The ASLO 2024 Meeting is sponsored by the Association for the Sciences of Limnology and Oceanography (ASLO). As part of a preeminent series of aquatic science meetings, ASLO 2024 connects science and the larger water-connected community. The Summer Meeting will be a fully in-person meeting.
The exhibit area will be adjacent to the posters. Exhibits will be open Tuesday, 4 June through Thursday, 6 June, during conference hours. This time includes all poster receptions, as well as morning and afternoon coffee breaks. Lunch is available for purchase in the exhibit hall area, so attendees will have access during the midday break.
Included With Your Booth
- Pipe and drape will be used for your exhibit space. Each space consists of three draped walls with the fourth side open.
- One booth, approximately 72 x 30”, includes a waste basket and two chairs.
- Each booth is bare and does not include carpet, electricity, and other furnishings. Carpet is not required by the Convention Center. All of these items can be purchased through the decorator at the expense of the exhibitor.
- Exhibitor names and logos will be listed on the meeting website and hang from the top of the exhibit booth.
- Two exhibit staff people are allowed per booth.
- Each exhibitor receives one full complimentary registration to attend the meeting, including abstract eligibility, admission to all sessions, exhibits, town hall meetings and workshops, auxiliary meetings (unless by invitation only or otherwise specified), mixers, and the online program.
Optional events such as special organized activities are not included.
Please be advised that power is not provided with your booth space. Each exhibitor is responsible for ordering and paying for all electrical hookups. Plugging into any outlet constitutes an order and you will be charged accordingly. Standard 15-amp service provides two outlets suitable for most booth lighting, small appliances and electronic devices.

Exhibits Schedule
The exhibit hall, MTCCC Grand Terrace, will be open to attendees during conference hours Tuesday through Thursday.
Exhibit Move-in
Date/Time: Monday, 3 June, 2024, 13:00 to 17:00
Location: Grand Terrace
Exhibitor set-up is scheduled for Monday, 3 June from 13:00 to 17:00. Delivery of parcels will be that morning, before 12:00.
Exhibit Tear-down
Date/Time: Thursday, 6 June, 2024, 20:00 to 22:00
Location: Grand Terrace
Exhibitor teardown is scheduled for Thursday, 6 June from 20:00 to 22:00. All material from each stand must be packed by midnight. The convention center will collect packed material/boxes to be shipped and keep them in a secure space until Friday evening. If this is the choice, arrangements will need to be made with the shipping company for shipping on Friday. If material is not to be moved to storage, it must be removed from the exhibit area Thursday evening, before midnight.
