The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was convenient to all the attractions of the Lake District and in a great walking location. It was also just a short distance to Bowness-On-Windermere center.

The hotel had excellent staff who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They even organized a dog-friendly area for breakfast, which was a great touch. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the ferry crossing to the other side of the lake in Bowness. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the facilities were top-notch. The food at the restaurant was delicious and beautifully presented.

We had the most incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay special. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a superior room, and throughout our stay, we were treated with exceptional professionalism and kindness. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the rooms was truly impressive. The hotel's location is fantastic, offering a quiet and tranquil atmosphere, yet close enough to the village center for convenience. The staff, especially Zoe on reception, were fantastic and made our stay truly memorable. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options and the homemade yogurt was a delightful touch. The hotel's gardens were beautiful, and we loved sitting outside, soaking in the stunning views. All in all, this hotel offers a truly fantastic experience with fantastic staff.

The staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough to make us feel happy and satisfied. The food in the hotel restaurant was outstanding and presented in a superb way. The views from the hotel were amazing, with stunning vistas of the surrounding hills. The location was also great, as it was close to Bowness and the lake, making it easy for us to walk into town and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
