Accessibility Services is a team of professionals, including certified accessibility specialists, plan examiners, attorneys, architects and code enforcement officials who are skilled in applying state and federal accessibility requirements, including, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Housing, Section 504 and state/local accessibility requirements to your project.
Accessibility Services provides professional consulting services devoted exclusively to making our built environment accessible to people with disabilities and up to code.
Our goal at Accessibility Services is to assist property owners and designers as they navigate the myriad of accessibility requirements that apply to any given facility both at the state and federal levels. Our accessibility consulting services include plan review, site assessment, post completion review, and training.
Using current standards, our team evaluates existing building sites or design documents and provides recommendations to ensure that your project is in compliance with applicable codes.
You get our entire team for the same price as a single consultant. We are a distinct resource for clients including architects, engineers, code officials, building owners, developers, facility managers and other professionals that are responsible for accessibility of the built environment.
Accessibility Services Accredited Training Programs brings Designers and Code Officials up to code on city, state and federal accessibility requirements and standards.
Accessibility Services can provide both online and in-firm training programs. We are a registered provider of continuing education for the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and the International Code Council (ICC) as well as other professional organizations. Accessibility Services can custom design training programs specific to your needs.
