Email accounts at mail.com are free of charge. Thanks to advertising revenue, we can offer you this free service on a permanent basis. Of course, we want to show you the ads that are the most interesting to you - if you want to see them, that is. But in order to do it, we need to know what you like and what you don’t.

Have questions about your data? No problem. You can find an overview of your settings and the data you entered at mail.com in My Account.

Take your data with you

Emails, appointments, content in the cloud, contacts - you can download and backup all components of your account. Simply download the content you want and save it as a .csv file. You’ll have access to it whenever and wherever you are, whether your online or off.

Correction & deletion

At mail.com, you’re in control: check and manage your data whenever you want. Just go to My Account at mail.com and you can view and edit your data any time.  Premium customers can contact customer support team for assistance.
