Pooled Special Needs Trust Planning 12/06/17
A Pooled Special Needs Trust (PSNT) is a cost effective and convenient way to set aside and preserve funds for individuals with special needs. Establishing a PSNT protects eligibility for Medicaid and SSI and can be a way to manage funds for people who may not be able to manage on their own. You’ll learn about PSNT types, how they work, how the funds in the trust can be used, and how to set one up.
