Abstract
This paper briefly presents the major research trends in digital library (DL) research (1990-2010). Bibliometrics and R-Squared (R2) values were used to analyze and predict the trends. The findings show that there were strong increases in most of the core topics and their future growth predicted as R2 = 0.836.
