Abstract
One of the actual and specific problems in the Czech local government of small settlements is very low level of participation and technophobia of citizens in these small villages. This paper presents the original computer-aided process modeling and visualization as the vital preparative technique being performed before the subsequent business process analysis, design and simulation of country planning and building development processes. We practically experienced, that our computer-based approach saves time and improves the validity and correctness of the decision making process in specific conditions of country planning management in order to improve participation, quality of life and knowledge transfer.
