Abstract
Nowadays, people often encounter a wide range of products that are suitable for them. Offers of suitable products are created based on people’s buying preferences and previous purchases. In the area of CRM systems it is possible, and usually necessary, to design suitable products for customers. In this paper, a fuzzy tool connected with an expert system to design suitable products for customers within CRM system is proposed. All the main steps of the proposed procedure are described in this article.
