Abstract
It is a necessary premise of electronic administration that legal statements of natural persons could be authenticated. The use of electronic signatures is an appropriate and sound approach for guaranteeing authenticity, but its use is not prevalent among natural persons. It is proposed that a trust service provider could create an electronic signature on behalf of a natural person, where the client is authenticated by two-factor dynamic handwritten signature verification. This procedure, supplemented with further controls, would provide a secure and reliable basis for authenticating of electronic legal statements.
