Turn all notifications on or off for News on your iPhone or iPad

1. Go to the Settings app.

2. Scroll down and tap Notifications.

3. Scroll down and tap News.

4. Turn Allow Notifications on or off.

Customize notifications and emails for News on your iPhone

1. Open the News app.

2. Tap the Following tab.

3. Scroll down and tap Notifications & Email. If you have notifications for News turned on in Settings, you can:

• Choose which channels send you notifications.

• Get alerts from Apple News about Top Stories, Sports, Puzzles, and more.

In Notifications & Email, you can also opt in or out of Apple News Newsletters under Email From Apple News.

Customize notifications and emails for News on your iPad

1. Open the News app.

2. If the sidebar is closed, select the Sidebar button to open it.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the sidebar and tap Notifications & Email. If you have notifications for News turned on in Settings, you can:

   • Choose which channels send you notifications.

   • Get alerts from Apple News about Top Stories, Sports, Puzzles, and more.

In Notifications & Email, you can also opt in or out of Apple News Newsletters under Email From Apple News.

Manage News notifications on your Mac

You can turn all News notifications on and off on your Mac in System Settings. If you have News notifications turned on, you can customize notifications for the channels that you follow and alerts you receive from Apple News about Top Stories, Sports, Puzzles, and more. You can also choose to receive newsletters in your email inbox from Apple News editors.
