  In the event of a large-scale disaster in Sapporo, Sapporo International Plaza will act as a “Disaster Multilingual Support Center” and provide support for foreigners.

安否確認システム  / Safety Confirmation System

本学のキャンパスがある地域で大規模な災害等が発生した場合に、「安否確認システム」を利用して、みなさんの安否の確認を行います。 大規模災害等が発生した場合、大学から安否確認メールが配信され、それに回答することによって大学に安否の報告ができます。

安否確認システムへの登録
（令和6年度限定、令和7年度4月以降は「統合情報共有プラットフォーム」を安否確認に使用予定）

【学生】メールアドレスは、入学時に提出した保証書に記載したメールアドレス又は「web 履修登録システム（ELMS）」に入力したメールアドレスを大学が安否確認システムに一括登録しますので、本人の登録手続きは必要ありません。メールアドレスを変更した場合は、「web 履修登録システム」に登録したメールアドレスの変更を忘れずに行ってください。

【教職員】必ずご自身で安否確認システムに登録してください。登録方法は以下の学内限定ページを参照してください。

In the event of a large-scale disaster in the area where the Hokkaido University campus is located, HU will use the Safety Confirmation system to confirm your safety. Individuals who registered an email address with the system will receive a safety confirmation email from HU.  Please reply to it to let us know you are safe.

How to register to the Safety Confirmation System
(The information below only applies to the 2024 school year; After April 2025, the "Integrated Information Sharing Platform" will be used to confirm safety.)

Students
The university will collectively register the email address written on the Contact Information Sheet you submitted at the time of admission or the email address entered during "Web Registration System (ELMS)" in the Safety Confirmation System. You do not need to register yourself. If you change your email address, please remember to change the email address registered in "web course registration".

Staff
Please be sure to register yourself in the Safety Confirmation System. For information on how to register, please refer to the campus-only webpage below.

緊急避難場所  / Emergency Evacuation Sites

札幌キャンパスでは、災害が発生した時の緊急避難場所として、「学術交流会館」、「人文・社会科学総合教育研究棟」、「高等教育推進機構」の3ヵ所を指定しています。

In our Sapporo Campus, three locations have been designated as emergency evacuation sites in the event of a disaster: the Conference Hall, the Humanities and Social Sciences Classroom Building, and the Institute for the Advancement of Higher Education.
