Let's start by creating a segment. Simon Data makes it easy to build audiences using data from your data warehouse and all other sources without code or engineering support. 

Let's say you want to run a Facebook campaign to enroll more customers into your auto-ship program. To do this, you want to create an audience with the below criteria:

First let's add the criteria for lifetime value over $150.

With Simon Predict, you get out-of-the-box machine learning models for propensity, affinity, and churn.

For this segment, we'll use the Purchase Propensity Model.

In under a minute, you created an audience using data from several different sources.

In this case, Lifetime Value is calculated automatically using transactions captured in your e-commerce platform and in-store POS (point of sale) system...

Simon's Purchase Propensity model is calculated using:

Real-time web and marketing engagement data

Finally, auto-ship enrollment was pulled from your data warehouse.

You created a segment of customers that have a high lifetime value and high propensity to buy, and are not enrolled in auto-ship.

The best part is that you did this without code or relying on support from technical teams!
