By accepting these Terms of Use, you are agreeing to and accepting our Digicel Mobile Telephone Services Terms and Conditions, Digicel Privacy Policy, and MDA Privacy Policy, which you can access via our website https://www.digicelgroup.com/jm/en.html and, which may be amended from time to time.
If you do not agree to or accept any of these Terms, you should not participate in the Offer. By participating in this Offer you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
- What is the Postpaid Customer Referral Offer?
The Postpaid Customer Referral Offer allows our Postpaid customers ("Referrer”) the opportunity to receive a $2000.00 write off on their next Postpaid bill once they successfully refer a friend ("Referee”) to sign up for a Postpaid Start Subscription Plan or higher value Postpaid Subscription Plan via the Digicel E-Store .
Also, all customers who sign up for a Prime Start or higher value Postpaid Subscription Plan during the Offer Period, will receive a $1,000.00 write-off on their first bill.

- What is the Offer Period?
The Postpaid Customer Referral Offer is valid from November 10, 2023 to December 31, 2023.
- How do you sign up for the Postpaid Referral Offer?
Step 1 - The Referee is required to visit the Digicel E-store at https://shop.digicelgroup.com/jm/new-postpaid.html to sign-up and select their desired Postpaid Subscription Plan.
Step 2 – In signing up the Referee will be prompted to enter the name and phone number of the person who referred them to our Postpaid Subscription Plans.
Step 3 - Once the Referee completes the sign-up process and their account is activated, the write-off will be automatic.
- What are the Eligible Postpaid Subscription Plans that will allow the Referee and Referrer to receive the bill write off?

- Is there a limit to how many persons a customer may refer?
There is no limit to the number of persons that a customer may refer. However, each customer is allowed only two write-offs per month.
- Can a customer sign-up for a Postpaid Subscription Plan on Digicel E-Store without a referral?
Yes. A customer may sign-up for a Postpaid Subscription Plan without a referral and will still be able to receive the write-off of $1,000.00 on their first month’s bill.
- Can I, as the Referrer, request to have the write off transferred to someone else’s Digicel Postpaid account?
No, the write-off may not be transferred.
- If I, as the Referrer have two (2) Digicel Postpaid accounts, to which account will the write-off be applied?
The account under which your referral was submitted will be credited with the write-off.
- Can the write-off be redeemable for cash?
No, the write-off may not be redeemable for cash.
