2. Products catalog will be shared via Google link in the OPENCHAT at 10:00 a.m. on 21st Aug.
3. Any kind of communications is not allowed in the OPENCHAT.
4. Inquiry of products are limited to 5 pieces only. Customer can purchase only 1 piece/ model/ color/ person.
5. Admin will respond all chats respectively from the time that messages were sent according to admins screen. Please send all your inquiries at once for a fast respond.
6. Confirm Order by sending the word Confirm/ CF or other kind of confirmation to admin. Admin will confirm the order respectively from the time that message being sent according to the admins screen. Payment can be done by bank transfer or by credit cards via 2C2P platform.
7. Brands shopping bag and box will not be provided for purchased products from F&F SALE.
8. Products from F&F SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at all causes. Please recheck photos of the products that admin has sent before making a payment.
📦DELIVERY
1. Your order will be delivered within 2 days after payment by KERRY EXPRESS or the other company depend on your address area situation. You will receive SMS for your tracking number. For the tracking link of delivery update will be on Openchat note. No delivery charges for this method. (As covid-19 pandemic situation may cause the late delivery in some areas*)
2. Alternative choice, the customer who live in Bangkok area can use the messenger service to deliver the product, please contact the messenger on the next day from the order date during 4PM-6PM (For the meeting point, please confirm with the admin). All delivery payment will be responded by the customer.
