「アイデアを生むコツ」という記事が、今日の新聞の別刷りに書かれていた。
それは、「ロジカルシンキング」について書かれていて、論理的な思考、筋道を立てて考えることである。

困った時など、解決するには、いろいろな工夫やアイデアが必要である。
その工夫の種類を大きく七つに分けて整理したものが、SCAMPER法と呼ばれるものである。

SCAMPER法とは、９つの質問からなる「オズボーンのチェックリスト」をより覚えやすく、より使いやすく改良したアイデア発想法だという。

創造性開発の研究家ボブ・エバールによって考案されたそうだ。

S Substitute？　　　　　入れ替える？
C Combine？　　　　　組合わせる？
A Adapt？　　　　　当てはめる？
M Modify？　　　　　変更する？
P Put to other Uses？　　　他の用途にする？
E Eliminate or Reverse？　　排除・縮小する？
R Rearrange or Reverse？　　並べ替え・逆転する？

1つのアイデアに代わりのものを使ったり、２つ以上のものを組み合わせたり、再利用したり、一部を削除したり、修正したり、いろいろチェックしていくと良い案が出てくるという。

アイデアを発展させるために使われているようだけれど、これは、子どもから大人まで、さまざまな分野で活用することができるような気がする。

１つのアイデアをいくつにも増やすことができたり、新たな発想の転換も得られるかもしれない。

子どもは子どもの、主婦は主婦の、社会人は社会人の、それぞれの立場で新しいアイデアを生みだすことを望みたいものである。

We need to devise and to think ideas to solve problems.

It is called SCAMPER, and it is put to divide ideas in seven.

It was devised by Bob Eberle of a researcher of creativity development.

We can get a good way to check an idea using SCAMPER.

It is used to make develop ideas, I feel that it can use in a variety of fields from children to adults.

We may be able to get a lot of ideas and thinking from different angle.

I hope that children, housewives and members of society will make new ideas on each other's position.

ある小冊子の表紙に、今月の心がけ「纏める（まとめる）」と書いてあった。
難しい漢字だなあと思った。

なぜ、今月の心がけなのだろうか。
「纏める」とは、ばらばらの物を集めて一つにするという意味や、整理したり、折り合いをつけたりして、望ましい形にするという意味がある。

１２月には、大掃除もある。だからなのだろうか。
しかし、年末の寒い時に大掃除をやるのは、メリットがないという専門家もおられる。

水が冷たいし、汚れは落ちにくく、非効率だという。
その上、風邪をひいたりしてしまうこともある。

それより、少し早めに計画を立てて掃除をするのが良いそうだ。

暖かい時に、大変な仕事は早めに済ますのがよい方法かもしれない。

賢く、計画的に掃除をして、気持ちよく新年を迎えたいものである。

お正月も近づいている。

A mental attitude of this month, '' 纏める '' was written on the cover of a booklet.

I thought that the kanji is difficult.

I wonder why a mental attitude of this month is.

'' 纏める '' means that we integrate what was fragmented, put, settle and keep neat.

We do house cleaning in December.

But some specialists say that we have no benefit for house cleaning when it is cold at the end of the year.

Water is cold, the dirt doesn't remove and it's inefficiency.

Besides, we may catch a cold.

Apart from that, it's better to clean planning a little early.

We should do hard work when it's warm, it may be a good way.

I hope that we will greet the New Year comfortably to clean our houses cleverly and accordingly.

It will soon be New Year.

今日は、行きたいと思っていた「東山魁夷展」に行って来た。
生誕１１０周年を記念する展覧会である。

１２月3日までなので、さすがに大勢の人が詰めかけていた。
当日券を買い求める人もたくさん並んでいた。

私は、前売り券を買うことができなかったので、セブンチケットで買ったのであるが、買っておいてよかったと並んでいる人を見て思った。

会場にはすんなり入ることができたけれど、人がいっぱい。
ぎりぎりなので仕方ないと思いながら作品を見ると、素晴らしい絵が目に飛び込んでくる。

今回は、唐招提寺御影堂障壁画を完全再現しているというので、期待が大きい。
現在、御影堂の修理中で、現地でも見ることができない貴重な展示である。

緑が深く美しい、湖に映る緑の木々と白い馬、とても幻想的な絵もある。

東山魁夷の作品は、緑の絵は、その緑の深さが吸い込まれそうな美しさ、木々の重なり、そして奥深さを感じる。

しかし、緑の絵ばかりでなく、紅葉のオレンジ色や黄色の色もとても美しい。

東山魁夷は、昭和３７年（１９６２年）、北欧の旅に出る。
その時に描かれた絵は、美しく印象的である。
幻想的で水の中に引き込まれるような、静かでありながら、力強い生命力も感じる。

ドイツ・オーストリアでの絵は、建物や街並みも描かれている。

唐招提寺障壁画は、素晴らしい作品である。
これだけ多くの襖絵を描くのは大変だったことだろう。

東山魁夷にとって描くことは「祈り」であったという。

白馬に導かれるように、７０歳を過ぎてからは、心の中に形作られた風景を描いたそうだ。

彼の作品をこれだけの規模で観ることができ、充実のひとときを過ごすことが出来た。

I went to Higashiyama Kaii exhibition today.

It is the exhibition which commemorates the 110th anniversary of his birth.

There were a lot of people because the exhibition is until December 3.

Many people have lined up for today's tickets.

I could enter in the exhibition easily, but there were many people.

I had no choice, but I caught sight of wonderful works when I saw his works.

This time, I have a high expectation about '' 唐招提寺御影堂障壁画 ''.

There are pictures, which is deep green and beautiful, the lake and a white horse, it's very dreamy.

His works make me feel profundity.

But it's not only green pictures but also orange and yellow.

He traveled to Northern Europe in 1962.

Then he painted beautiful pictures and they are impressive.

They are dreamy, quiet and has a strong vitality.

The pictures of the building and cityscape were painted in Germany and Austria.

''　唐招提寺御影堂障壁画 '' are great works.

I wondered if it would has been hard for him to paint lots of pictures.

Painting pictures was a prayer for him.

He has painted landscapes which were shaped in his mind since he was past 70 years old.

I could spend quality time to see his large scale works.

「今月のお野菜　ゴボウ」という料理記事が、ある小冊子に掲載されていた。

ゴボウは食物繊維を多く含み、整腸作用もある。
しかし、ゴボウ1本を使い切るのはなかなか難しい。

そんな時は、冷凍するとよいそうだ。

冷凍・解凍のコツ（２つの方法がある）
＊斜め薄切り（炒め冷凍）
①斜め薄切りにして、フライパンで炒め、さます。
②ぴっちりラップで保存袋に入れて冷凍。
③凍ったままを調理する。

＊ささがき（かために茹でて冷凍）
①ささがきにして酢を入れた熱湯で茹でる。氷水にとった後、しっかり水気を拭く。
②直接保存袋へ入れて冷凍。
③自然解凍

サラダレシピ
＊ゴボウとツナのごまマヨサラダ
材料　2人分
冷凍ゴボウ（斜め薄切り）　1/2本
ツナ缶　　　1/2缶
酢　　　　　　小さじ１
A　マヨネーズ　大さじ１
　　白すりごま　大さじ１

作り方
１、　冷凍ゴボウは自然解凍し、ペーパータオルで水気を拭きとり、酢をまぶす。
２、　ボウルに１と缶汁を切ったツナ、Aを加えてよく混ぜて出来上がり。

簡単でおいしそうなサラダである。
調理時間は4分で、1人分の値段は50円、とても安くできる献立である。

ゴボウの皮むきは、私は包丁でこそげとっていたが、くしゃくしゃにしたアルミホイルで表面をこするだけで簡単にできるという。
これは便利な方法である。

ゴボウは便秘や肌荒れにも良いというので、とりたい野菜のひとつである。

他に、サラダ野菜鍋というレシピが掲載されていた。
キャベツ、レタス、ゴボウ、油揚げなどを豆乳を使った汁に入れて煮る。

これから寒くなる季節、鍋物は冬の王様である。

A burdock has dietary fiber and the functions of the intestines.

But it's difficult to use up all the burdock.

Then it's better that we freeze it.

There are two ways to freeze a burdock.

We are able to freeze a burdock in the way of slice slanting and shavings.

I scrape the skin of the burdock with a kitchen knife, but if I use crumpled aluminum foil, I can peel easily.

This is a useful way.

A burdock is one of vegetables which want to eat because it has effects on constipation and rough skin.

Besides a recipe of '' サラダ野菜鍋 '' was carried in the booklet.

The dish uses cabbage, lettuce, burdock and deep-fried tofu, and stew in soy milk soup.

It's getting cold from now on, nabe is the best dishes of winter.

今日は、長田弘の詩を紹介しましょう。

あのときかもしれない（四）

「遠くへいってはいけないよ」。子どものきみは遊びにゆくとき、いつもそう言われた。
（略）
「遠く」というのは、きみには魔法のかかった言葉のようなものだった。きみにはいってはいけないところがあり、それが、「遠く」というところへ一度ゆきたくてたまらなくなった。
（略）
　ある日、街のそとへ、きみはとうとう一人ででかけていった。街のそとへゆくのは難しいことではなかった。街はずれの橋をわたる。あとはどんどんゆけばいい。きみは急ぎ足で歩いていった。
（略）
きた道とおなじ道をもどればいいはずだった。だが、きみは道をまちがえる。何遍もまちがえて、きみはわっと泣きだし、うろうろ歩いた。道に迷ったんだね。誰かが言った。
（略）
きみは知らないひとに連れられて、家に帰った。叱られた。
（略）
「遠く」というのは、ゆくことはできても、もどることのできないところだ。おとなのきみは、そのことを知っている。おとなのきみは、子どものきみにもう二どともどれないほど、遠くまできてしまったからだ。
　子どものきみは、ある日ふと、もう誰からも「遠くへいってはいけないよ」と言われなくなったことに気づく。そのときだったんだ。そのとき、きみはもう、一人の子どもじゃなくて、一人のおとなになってたんだ。


この詩を読み始めたときは、「遠くへいってはいけないよ」という言葉が、迷子になるからというように思いながら読んだ。

しかし、この詩は、遠くに行くことは、もう子どもに戻ることができない、大人になるということなのである。
もう引き返すことはできない。

何か不思議な感覚を覚える詩である。

一人の大人になることは、道を間違えたり、迷ったりしながら、もう戻ることのできない遠くへ行くことなのだ。

もう誰からも「遠くへいってはいけないよ」と言われなくなることなのだ。

子どもが大人になっていくということをこんな風に表現するのは独特な雰囲気がある。

どのように自分は道に迷ったり、間違った道を歩いたり、思い切って橋を渡ったりして遠くへきたのか、思い返してみたいと思った。

When I started to read this poem, I thought the word, '' 遠くへいってはいけないよ '' means to become a lost child.

But this poem expresses that it means to become adults without being back to child.

We can't turn back any more.

I feel a little strange to this poem.

To become an adult is going far away, taking wrong way and getting lost on the way.

Then nobody says that '' Don't go far away. ''

This poem has a unique atmosphere.

I thought to look back how I got lost on the way, took wrong way, took drastic measures and came a long way.

「更新される庭」というエッセイが、今日の新聞に掲載されていた。
このエッセイを書かれたのは、作家の梨木香歩さんである。

梨木さんは、立冬（１１月７日）の日に、新宿中央公園でセミの鳴き声を聞いたそうだ。
その話を日本に住んでいる英国人の友人にすると、衝撃と傷ついたような表情をしたという。

梨木さんは、十月にもツクツクボウシが鳴くのを聞いたそうだ。

季節の順番というものは決して崩れないものだと思っていたので愕然としたという。

英国の春なら、スノードロップから、野山ではサンザシやハリエニシダが目立ち始め、ラッパ水仙やブルーベリーが林を埋め尽くし、・・・日差しは高くなってゆく。

この順番は、決して崩れないそうだ。

八ヶ岳の植物の開花も順番があったという。
しかし、今年はスズランが遅かったそうだ。

いつまでも同じ風景はありえない。けれども、それはもっと長いスパンで行われるはずであったと言われる。

八ヶ岳では、群れ咲いていたマツムシソウも群落を見ることは難しくなったそうだ。

北海道でも群落をつくっていたオオバナノエンレイソウを今年は一輪も見なかったという。

梨木さんは、自然が加速度をつけて変化している。させられていると書かれていた。

地球温暖化で、環境はどんどん変わっている。
災害も今までにない規模のものが起きている。

植物の開花も順番が変わってもおかしくはないだろう。

でも、春夏秋冬は、順番を変えることなく訪れてほしいものである。

そして、春には、いつまでも美しい桜が咲いてほしいものである。

An essay, '' 更新される庭 '' was in today's newspaper.

This essay was written by Kaho Nashiki of a writer.

She heard the cicada's buzzing at Shinjuku Central Park in the beginning of winter.

When she talked to her English friend about the cicada, the person had a shocking look and being hurt.

And she heard the species cicada's buzzing in October, too.

She was shocked because she has thought the order of the season doesn't change.

Spring of England begins from snowdrop, and other flowers bloom in hills and fields, and the sunlight becomes high.

The turn never will collapse.

Flowering of Mt Yatsugatake had a turn, but a lily of the valley was late to bloom this year.

She says that it is impossible to see the same sight, but she thought it is held in long span.

It was difficult to see community of gipsy rose in Mt Yatsugatake.

Also she has never seen trillium camschatcense in Hokkaido this year.

She said that nature is changing with increasing speed, and is made to change.

The environment is changing rapidly because of global warming.

Large scale disaster happens.

It's not strange that flowering's turn will change.

But I hope that four seasons will visit without changing the turn.

And I hope that the cherry trees will blossom in spring forever.

火美し酒美しやあたためむ

この俳句は、今日の新聞に掲載されていたものである。
温め酒は、秋の季語だという。

旧暦の９月９日（今年は１０月１７日）以降、冷や酒よりも、温めた酒のほうがうまくなると言われているそうだ。

また、この日温めた酒を飲むと、病気にならないという言い伝えがあったという。


人肌といふはむずかし温め酒

私はお酒を飲まないけれど、俳句から何となくお酒の好きな人の風流な様子が感じられる。

少し肌寒さを感じるようになってきた時、温めたお酒は心も体も温めてくれるのだろう。


ぐい吞みを寄せたる趣味や温め酒

ぐい吞みやおちょこにこだわる人は、美しいデザインの焼き物でお酒を味わうのも風流なものである。

遥か昔から飲まれていたと言われているお酒。
長い歴史の中で育まれてきた。

お酒を飲みながら、器やお酒の歴史を振り返り、おいしいお料理に舌鼓を打ちながら飲む、秋の夜のお酒はおいしいことだろう。

'' 温め酒 '' is season word of autumn.

It is said that warm sake becomes tasty than cold sake after September 9 of the old calender.

It is said that they are safe from illness when people drink warm sake this day.

I don't drink sake, but I am able to feel a tasteful appearance of people who like sake.

When we feel chilly, warm sake will warm up our minds and bodies.

People who are particular about a large sake cup and a sake cup taste sake with beautiful pottery, it is elegant.

People had drunk sake since a long time ago.

Sake had developed in a long history.

We look back on a cup and history of sake, drink sake eating with relish, it will be tasty in autumn night.

「高橋源一郎さんの回答大好き」という記事が、今日の新聞に掲載されていた。
この記事を書かれたのは、７５歳の女性である。

高橋源一郎さんは、作家であるが、新聞の「人生相談」の回答もされている。

この女性は、高橋さんのアドバイスが大好きだそうだ。
とても優しく、また厳しく、ぐっときたりするという。

先日は、義母の介護でやりきれない気持ちを持つ女性に対し、高橋さんは、「私たち皆が辿る道なのかもしれず、どんな人であるにせよ、最後に憐れみの気持ちで接してあげてください。明日のあなたかもしれないのですから」と回答されたそうだ。

この女性のお母さんは、「子ども叱るな、来た道じゃ。年寄り笑うな、行く道じゃ」と、よく言っていたという。

この方は、「人は皆、年をとる。だから家族に世話をかけないよう、毎日運動を続け、頭と手を使い、精いっぱい頑張っています。明日はわが身かもしれないのだから」と結んでいた。

実は、私も高橋さんの「人生相談」のアドバイスが好きなのである。
作家になる前はご苦労されているし、人生経験が豊かなので素晴らしい回答をされる。

この女性のお母さんも素晴らしい。
こういう気持ちで日々を過ごしたら、穏やかな心で人生を送ることができるだろう。

いずれみな同じ道を辿る。
「明日はわが身」だと思って過ごすなら、思いやりを持って人に接することができるに違いない。

An article, '' 高橋源一郎さんの回答大好き '' was in today's newspaper.

This article was written by a 75-year-old woman.

Genichiro Takahashi is a writer and an answerer of life consultation.

This woman likes his advice very much.

His advice is gentle, severe and resonates with her.

The other day, a woman who cares mother-in-law consulted, and he answered that '' Please come in contact with her to have pity, it may be your future. ''

This woman's mother always said that '' Don't scold children because you were also a child, and Don't laugh at old people because you will be old person, too.

This woman said that everyone gets older, so she does do exercise, uses her head and hands, and she is trying as hard as she can.

The fact is that I also like his advice.

He had a hard time when he was young.

Her mother is a nice woman, too, if we spend our lives to have such a feeling, we are able to spend in a gentle way.

Everybody follows in the same pattern later, so if we spend our lives as tomorrow it might be me, we must be able to come in contact with people to have consideration.

今年９２歳で亡くなられた、絵本作家の加古里子さんの絵本のことが、先日の新聞に書かれていた。
この記事を書かれたのは、小湊鉄道社長の石川晋平さんである。

石川さんは、子どもの頃、加古さんの絵本が好きだったそうだ。
娘さんに加古さんの絵本を読んであげたという。

その当時、小湊鉄道では、里山トロッコ列車運行計画が着々と進行していたそうだ。

石川さんは、小湊鉄道沿線ののどかな里山風景と、里人たち、その案内役のトロッコ列車、それらをそのまま伝えるパンフレットを作りたいと思ったという。

石川さんは、加古さんに手紙で、加古さんの絵でパンフレットを作りたいということを依頼したそうだ。

加古さんは当時９０歳、返事には「人間的体感を伴う、健康質実な計画にもろ手をあげて賛同します」と書かれていたという。

加古さんの絵でパンフレットを作り、絵本出版まで発展し、石川さんはその縁で加古さんと親交を持てたそうだ。

この記事の中で紹介されていた絵本の中に「ことばのべんきょう」という本があり、これは、私も子供たちに読んであげたものである。

季節の移ろい、行事、植物や動物や食べ物など、かわいらしい絵とともにたくさんの言葉を覚えることができる。

娘はこの本が好きで、毎日のように一緒に読んだものだが、孫にもこの本を読んであげると興味深く見ていたものだ。

加古さんは晩年、「生きていくというのは、本当はうんと面白いこと、楽しいことです」と語ったそうだ。

そして、「子どもにとって大切なのは雄大壮大な大自然ではなく、生活とともにある小さな自然です」と石川さんに話したという。

ステキなお話である。

思い切ってお願いしたら引き受けて下さったというのは、石川さんの熱心な気持ちが通じたのだろう。

子供たちを惹きつける加古さんの本が、たくさんの子供たちに読み継がれることを望みたい。

An article of picture books which are written about Satoshi Kako who passed away at 92 this year was in the other day's newspaper.

This article was written by Shinpei Ishikawa of Kominato railway's president.

He liked Satoshi Kako's picture books when he was a child.

He read his books for his daughter.

At that time, Kominato railway had been progressing in a running plan of trolley train.

Mr. Ishikawa thought that he makes a pamphlet of satoyama landscape, people of satoyama and trolley train.

He asked Satoshi Kako to make a pamphlet with his pictures.

Then Mr. Kako was 90 years old, and he answered that he approves the plan as it is healthy and simple.

He made the pamphlet and published the book.

A picture book, '' ことばのべんきょう '', I used to read the book to my children.

Children can learn lots of words with this book.

My daughter liked this book, and we used to read it together, my grandchild had interest in the book, too.

Mr. Kako said that to live is really interesting and enjoyable.

And he told Mr. Ishikawa that it's important for children not to live in grand nature and magnificent's, but to live in small nature with their lives.

It's a nice story.

Mr. Kako had taken the job because he was very eager in the plan.

I hope that his books will be read by many children.

御神子（みかんこ）のまなじり紅き時雨かな

この俳句は、今日の新聞に掲載されていたものである。

御神子は巫女（みこ）だという。
時雨は初冬の季語だそうだ。

まなじり紅きという言葉が、この句に華やかな彩りを添えている、そして、時雨が風情のある景色となっている。

何年も前に、娘とバスツアーで、冠稲荷神社に行ったことがある。
その時、巫女さんたちの舞いが舞われた。
それは美しい舞いであった。

この作者には、次の俳句もある。

白樺の白さ　きはだち流星


これも美しい俳句である。
澄みきった空に流星が、白樺の林の間を流れるのが見える。

２、３日前、流星群が見られたそうだ。

冬は空が澄んでいるので美しい星が見られる。


冬の夜や星流れこむ海のはて

This haiku was in today's newspaper.

'' 御神子 '' is a shrine maiden.

Drizzling rain is a season word of early winter.

The word, '' まなじり紅き '' adds color to this haiku, and drizzling rain makes a tasteful scenery.

Many years ago, I have gone to '' 冠稲荷神社 '' with my daughter in a bus tour, then shrine maidens danced, it was beautiful.

This haiku poet made next haiku, too.

This is also beautiful.

This haiku expresses that she can see a shooting star among the birch wood in the clear sky.

Some people could see meteor shower a few days ago.

We are able to see beautiful stars in winter because the sky is clear.
