I bought 3 nos. of trousers with the size L, which should be with waist of 82cm as indicated clearly in the product description, but I received the trousers with correct label of L with totally incorrect waist sizes at 86cm (1 no.) and 92cm (2 nos.). The supplier requested me to return the trousers back from my home (Hong Kong) to Japan, which the delivery cost is quite expensive! I am quite dissatisfied with this shop because I am suffered from the poor quality control and the own fault caused by the shop.
Because of their own fault of not checking the products correctly before sending the products to me, The shop requested me to pay my extra costs to return the mistaken trousers to the shop for checking? It is completely a very serious mistake from this shop on Quality Control and Examination before delivery!!
Therefore, this shop is HIGHLY not recommended! Please be careful!
