This is my first-time experience using Rakuten but I am very impressed with the shop service and product quality. The chocolate was shipped to Hong Kong with a local carrier and an international carrier, as a present for my mum. The staff of the shop kindly replied me in English for my better understanding, and helpfully noted my request for favor selection. Finally, my wish was fulfilled and I am grateful for the shop arrangement.
The product is very well packaged and no boxes are damaged. The attachment of the shopping bags is useful for packing the chocolate as a gift. The taste of the chocolate is delicious and unforgettable that the texture and layer are awesome and unique. This brand is probably the best wine-chocolate I have ever tried.
I find the shop doing promotion and discount usually, thus I am looking forward to shopping again soon. Thank you for the kindness and professional service provided. Japan people do always impress me! :)
