I am sorely disappointed to have received the item without any colour pencils included. I have looked on the English version of the item listing page on Rakuten, and I have pasted the entire text from the Japanese version into Google Translate. Nowhere in the product description does it state that a full complement of colour pencils, as seen in every product photo that shows the item unrolled, are not included! ڿɮ 36ܺtranslates to "Colour pencil roll 36 pieces", and I was expecting 36 colour pencils that fit inside the fabric roll designed for it. Therefore I must conclude the item listing and photos are deliberately misleading.
It was only a cheap item, so the loss is not that great, but it makes me think very poorly of the shop, and will most certainly have reservations about ordering from it again in the future.
