Mild, lean meat.
Extremely lean. Leanest meat I've eaten for the past 20 years. And I mostly eat lean meat.
The flavor is very mild. Suitable for people who don't like lamb, or people who wants to make a mild lamb dish.
I bought it for making Tajine. I think it need 8 hours to soften the meat, I've tried 4 hours and it's still pretty stiff, taste good though.
