The size is just perfect for that I needed. It's easy to build and it's not heavy. As it is plastic, there is no worry about rain, however direct sunlight may deform it in the long run. It's sturdy enough and supports the weight of one person. The lock system is not thief proof, it is easy to open it even with a strong lock. The lock system is only effective against kids. If you place wet things inside, the water may remain at the bottom, but ready to dry. Generally good product.
