Our sectors

Regulatory Authority of Curaçao is a multi-sectoral independent supervisor and regulates, upon assignment of the government of Curaçao, the providers of services and products in the sectors of Telecommunications, Post, Energy and the Airport.

In each sector RAC has specific regulating powers and obligations, which it fulfills in accordance with the statutory provisions in the law, enacted for that purpose by the government. More information on this can be found on the sector pages.
