個人情報の収集について

当学会は，活動に必要となる情報を，当学会の会員(入会申込者を含む)，認定心理士(申請者を含む)，および当学会の活動に参加する非会員(以下「会員等」)から必要な範囲で収集します。個人情報を収集する際には，その目的を明示するとともに，提供者の同意に基づくことを原則とします。

個人情報の利用および提供について

当学会は，会員等より提供された個人情報を，定款に定める当学会の事業活動に必要な範囲で利用します。また，提供された個人情報は，特段の事情がある場合を除き，本人の同意なく第三者に開示ないし提供することはありません。

なお，次のいずれかの場合には，上記以外に個人情報を利用，または開示，提供することがあります。

1. 1. 法令の規定に基づくとき
2. 2. 本学会が特に必要と認め，会員等の事前の同意があるとき
3. 3. 定款に定める事業遂行のために，個人情報の取り扱いの全部，または一部を委託する場合

個人情報の管理について

当学会は、会員等の個人情報を正確かつ最新の状態に保ち、個人情報への不正アクセス・紛失・破損・改ざん・漏洩などを防止するため、セキュリティシステムの維持・管理体制の整備・職員教育の徹底等の必要な措置を講じ、安全対策を実施し個人情報の厳重な管理を行います。

※アクセス解析ツールについて

当サイトでは、Googleによるアクセス解析ツール「Googleアナリティクス」を利用しています。

このため、Googleアナリティクスはトラフィックデータの収集のためにCookieを使用しています。

トラフィックデータは匿名で収集されており、ユーザー名やメールアドレスなど、個人を特定するものは一切含まれません。

Collecting Personal Information

JPA collects personal identifiable information from its members (including applicants), certified psychologists (including applicants), and other individuals who receive JPA services. When collecting such personal identifiable information, JPA will obtain the consent of such members and individuals and will specify the purpose for which the information will be used.

Using Personal Information

The collected personal information will be used only for the purposes in order for JPA to carry out the activities specified in the articles of incorporation. It will not be disclosed to third parties without the holder's consent.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, JPA will use, disclose, or release personal information in the following cases:

1. a) When required for a valid legal process;
2. b) When the holder agrees; and
3. c) When JPA subcontracts its activities to outside contractors for carrying out its

organizational objectives. (for example, sharing the names and addresses with a courier company for delivering materials).

Managing Personal Information

JPA endeavors to maintain collected personal information in an accurate and up-to-date condition, and manages such information with the utmost care to prevent improper disclosure, destruction, modification, or loss.

Traffic data is collected anonymously, it does not identify individuals. This function of collection can also be refused by invalidating cookies via your browser setting.
