I noticed they had changed many things and unable to locate what I am use to the apps before the upgrade. Eg previously when I click Mobile it will show Local or Roaming selection. But it now bring you to a shopping page. I saw Addon but it keeps asking for New Plan or update existing Hub ID. Aftet updating, bothing else happened. I do not consider this is an improvement, please enable back the features that we use to be.

Help. I couldnt launch the app. if ask? I already did install and uninstall the app for so many times. Still the same problem. Last mth in early oct the app still launch as per normal. But within a few weeks the cant be launch. Really troublesome for me. Because i more prefer to use the app than rather use the website. The app is much more cleaner. Sadly now whenever i press the app. the screen turns white for so long and after 15mins still white screen and then a saying that the app is error.

Terrible app. After an update last week, it's not compatible with my TV. Called customer service, and the agent only kept saying sorry but there is nothing she can do. Requested for her to get their technical team to call me back to resolve this issue, and she promised they would call me the next day. No one has contacted me since..
