Add link="" attribute, to change target of attribution link
Open, Needs TriagePublicFeature

Description

Feature summary (what you would like to be able to do and where):

Add a link="" attribute to the <phonos> tag, to allow changing the target of the attribution link (the ⓘ superscript link).

Use case(s) (list the steps that you performed to discover that problem, and describe the actual underlying problem which you want to solve. Do not describe only a solution):

To make it possible to link directly to a file on Commons, or another page that provides more information about the audio file that's being used (for example, a whole collection of files might be documented together on a single page).

Benefits (why should this be implemented?):

Give users the ability to customize more aspects of Phonos.

Other considerations:

The [[File:]] syntax allows changing the target of a link, as does the {{PAGEBANNER:}} of Wikidata-Page-Banner. These are both done with link=foo.

And just link="" should simply disable the link.

Change 967299 had a related patch set uploaded (by MusikAnimal; author: MusikAnimal):

[mediawiki/extensions/Phonos@master] [WIP] Phonos: add 'link' attribute to specify alt target for attribution

https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/967299

MusikAnimal subscribed.

It needs tests but I think the above patch is basically what we're looking for.
