I don't know how helpful a screen recording can be but my summary is that it's much too easy to swipe to go to the next or prior image and this interrupts the experience of zooming and panning.
The first picture in my recording you'll see I struggled to pinch to zoom without flying into the next picture.
On the second picture, once I'm zoomed in, I struggle to pan to see the right parts of that fuel tank without jumping to the next picture and I'm forced to awkwardly scoot around by pinching in and out.
