Vendor Parking
Outside vendors may purchase a service permit at any information kiosk. Vendors must present a valid business card to the kiosk attendant and specify the need to access equipment or load/unload from their vehicle(s).
Service parking stalls are available near buildings and loading docks for short-term loading and unloading of materials. Vehicles parked in any marked loading zone must comply with the posted time limit. Longer-term service parking stalls are available in most parking lots and structures. All vehicles must be parked in a designated parking stall at all times.

When and Where to Park
"VS" Vendor Service Permit
Valid Parking:
- Service stalls, general unassigned, “P” preferred, and “AR” reserved stalls in all parking areas, with the exception of Lots 2, 3A, and 80
“VS” Permits are NOT VALID:
- For overnight parking
- “R” Resident stalls
- “X” Reserved/Executive stalls
- Exclusively reserved stalls
- E-Plate stalls
- Disabled stalls without a DP placard / DP license plate
- Pay-by-Space stalls
- Yellow stalls in ECPS
