Description: This purpose of this project, funded by an NSF RAPID grant, is to investigate the ethical decision-making of federally funded PIs during the pandemic. In particular, we are examining how decisions about whether or not to continue research projects during the pandemic were made. An important component of the project is a survey of affected research personnel.
